This high-level dialogue builds on Monday’s official launch of National Consultations for drafting the EAC Political Confederation. 

Emphasizing the historic nature of the process, Minister of State Dr. Usta Kaitesi noted that the consultations mark a critical milestone. By opening the constitutional drafting process directly to the public, the initiative ensures that Rwandan citizens actively voice their views, directly shaping the democratic foundation of the region's shared future.
