President Paul Kagame has described his working visit to Botswana as highly productive, emphasizing that it serves as a cornerstone for strengthening the bilateral ties between the two nations.

The President shared this update on Wednesday evening during a state banquet hosted in his honor by the President of Botswana, Duma Gideon Boko. President Kagame was accompanied by a delegation of senior Rwandan officials.

Reflecting on the discussions held during his stay, President Kagame noted that the engagement was a testament to the growing partnership between Rwanda and Botswana.

"Our visit has been productive, and we are very pleased with it," President Kagame stated. "It reflects the mutual trust that exists between our two countries."
